Quality Assurance Strict Policies

We have a quality policy for quality assurance. We introduced independent quality control team (iqct).

The quality policy is written in English and in our native language:

"The quality policy of Jeju Fashion is to manufacture and export different kind of high quality readymade garments to its customer's"

The objective of Jeju Fashion is to attain & enhance customer satisfaction by providing competitive price, on time delivery of contracted quantity and quality of readymade garments with reliability and also to increase efficiency of work force.

To attain these objectives the management of Jeju Fashion has decided to adapt the following:

• To create awareness regarding customers requirements throughout the organization.
• By providing training to develop efficiency/awareness of the employees.
• To collect customer feedback regularly to know about their conception about the company and to take appropriate action timely.
• To reduce the percentage of rejection/wastage to maximum 3% per annum.
• To implement and maintain:

  • RSC
  • SEDEX
  • WRAP
  • Oeko-Tex standard 100

All employees of Jeju Fashion are being advised to follow the documented procedures of their respective department/section and work hard to attain these quality objectives.

The management is committed to provide adequate resource, competent manpower, suitable premises, required machinery/equipment and facilities to implement the quality policy & objectives of the company.

Quality System:

1. Yarn Test
2. Knitting qlty + Rejection + Dia Shape thoroughly checked.
3. 1st Batch test as per lab dip colour + Shrinkage test + qualitytest.
4. Fit sample checked for pattern & styling.
5. Cutting quality checked by input Q.C
6. Sewing quality checked by line Q.C
7. Finishing quality checked by final Q.C
8. After final Q.C have checked needle
9. Inspection by Q.A dept. under M.D.
10. Shipment after inspection by Buying Q.C

Facilities:

The factory building & open space together 1,60,000 sft. with 2 stairs for general & emergency is owned by us and we have hygienically maintain washroom and emergency treatment room.
